I cannot thank Mia Boon and Claremont Practice enough for their professional care and assistance. My court matter was a tedious one and a real emotional rollercoaster ride for my family. Mia Boon was there every step of the way. She ensured that my kids emotional well-being was always a priority. I've been very happy with the service i received at Claremont Practice. They have been a great help with my kids. And i appreciate the fact they ask for my permission to contact the teacher just to find out abit more about kids. I agreed for teacher's are most of the day with my kids and also no how my kids act out at school and can assist at times with the situation our kids find themselves in. My daughters and I have had and are still receiving valuable counselling and assistance with Mia Boon for the last 3.5 years, with school assessments organised by the practice. At all times have the staff been professional and helpful . There are various therapists that bring their fields of expertise to create a well-balanced team .
Mia Boon is not professional at all in her practice. She had written a report without consulting the father for a high court matter based in Jhb which is out of her jurisdiction when she had only done play therapy with the 2 children. She then claimed her fees from the fathers medical aid without his knowledge and refused to comply with anything the Father had asked or said. We have been waiting for her feedback from 23 of November 2020 where she had promised the father the documents of who had signed fraudulently on behalf of the Father. We are now currently opening a fraudulent case against her. Please think twice before going to her.
I am a client of Claremont Practice Mrs Boon for the last 7 years and she is amazing. She is totally not IN IT FOR THE MONEY!! She is amazing with my kids and whoever feels that she is there for her client is ABSOLUTELY RIGHT we are not her client my kids are and they are very happy with her
Im so greatful for Mia Boon , my 9year old daughter and I are getting great counselling ,without Mia's love & support dont think we would have got through our challenges we facing. Shes amazing and her best interest is for clients well being.,she is excellent in what she does. I highly recommend Mia Boon at claremont practice.
I had a very positive experience at Claremont Practice. My Daughter had a career assessment done. The Psychologist was very professional, explained the process to us in the intake sessions (tests to be used and costs for the assessment plus the report). Assessment was done, and week or so later we received feedback. My daughter was with, since this was all about her future. We are very please with the outcome and the report. Thank you for the friendly and warm atmosphere at the practice.
