I am always satisfied with the level of service at this Clicks. The staff knows where to find things and was pleasantly surprised that their seasonal staff did too. The pharmacists are always going an extra mile even at the last hour. Thank you for making life a little easier.

All the staff at the dispensary at the back is the rudest and most unfriendly staff. The three ladies that was on duty yesterday 6 Jan 16:00 and the manager. So impatient. I made a mistake with the ticket requested prescription where it should have been self medicated.. When i got to the lady with the kopdoek she just canceled my ticket and said i need to get another one. Lady you don't belong there.. In this time of our lifes we need better people then you. Hopefully Clicks management will contact me if they care about service or their reputation.

K@k service. The shop is open but nobody wants to take my money to pay for the goods. Rather going to a other company that would like to make a profit for the public.

Pitty that eBucks moved to clicks. Their service is horrible! Both West Coast Village and Table Bay. Staff has no motivation to work, including the pharmacists. Makes you think it comes from management as all staff is demotivated. Always an issue with scripts, especially when requesting to use the collection service. Pharmacists and assistants always having a massive social in the back office whilst old people have watch and que for an abnormally long time. Very unimpressed.
