This was 5 star service for a change. I think it was Jaco, apologies if it's the incorrect name, who assisted us. He was knowledgeable about the products we required and was friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend this branch.Prices are reasonable as well. Well done

I needed to on short notice rent some equipment and was lucky enough to be referred to them. Service was absolutely stunning, Jaco, who took care of my request even waited to well after closing time to ensure I got the items i needed to complete work over the weekend. The whole process, from walking in to loading equipment was pleasant, professional and comfortable. They also have great range of equipment for most jobs. I will definitely make use of their services again.

Coastal Hire Rivergate. Is exceptional to say the least. Friendly and experienced staff are always at the ready and eager to serve their clients needs. Swift and efficient service at the shop and when making deliveries make this my first choice for my construction tool and plant needs. My only regret is that there aren't more stars to give them. 10/10 Guys!

They continue to impress me with their excellent service. Thank you guys! You always make my day! ________________________________________________________________________ We needed help to get a jack hammer in town although our account was with Rivergate. Jaco helped out no problem and arranged for the jack hammer to be delivered to our site. Excellent service - very very helpful!
