This place doesn't even deserve this 1 star! I rented a costume and paid alot for it. When I went to pick it up on the agreed date the store was closed. I needed it the next day. I went back afterwards and asked why she didn't contact me like she said she would and she denied it. I had to pay overprice for a costume I didn't get to ware and got half of my deposit back!! Atrocious service! Avoid this place at all costs. it's expensive and way way overpriced.

Shocking service... and I didn't even make it into the store. I stood at the gate for several minutes trying to get the attention of the lady while she blatantly ignored me. Only to let the other customers out of the door and inform me that she is closing the place for an hour and I should come back later. I won't be back.

Atrocious service! Rude and arrogant women! Over priced costumes and incorrect information! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! NOT WORTH IT. !!! Waited an hour to be helped after I booked my costume i was told i never booked it!

Completely disgusted in the way customers get treated in this store. Had to return a dress, was told the store closes at 5pm. Arrived at store at 4:30pm... closed. Refused to return dress until it was convenient for me. Old lady at the desk refused to return my deposit. Would not even listen to me and kept interrupting me while I was speaking to her. She was so rude to both my sister and I. She just gives me a snotty comment of "if I feel like closing the store early then I will". Really bad business practice. Will never give them any business again. Booo!!!!!!
