Very disappointing, arrived just after 12h00 found shop locked, note on door said back in "10 minutes" so I waited. Saw a guy walk towards me, looked at me and carried on walking, he did not look like a shop assistant, so I continued to wait, after another 10 minutes the same guy came back looked at me, did not address me but proceeded to open the store. I asked for the item that I was looking for, but no they do not stock it. I was looking for the humidifier in a packet for my home Humidor. The sales assistant was dressed like a hawker selling fruit from a cart. Also his product knowledge was sadly lacking. He showed no interest in getting more details and offering to see where I could get the item I was looking for. I was not asked for my details so he could follow up and assist me. He was definitely no asset to the owner, the stock of cigars in the store humidor must run into thousands of rands, had he shown more interest or in depth knowledge in his product I would have bought a few cigars at the same time, sadly ZERO interest. I wonder how many sales the owner must loose a month with this attitude. I was very disappointed with my visit, I will definitely not return.

Three times in a week I have been here and met with a "back in 10 minutes" sign. Either this is a crazy coincidence or a staff problem. Would recommend addressing the issue

The shopping hours are not as advertised. I battled to get through traffic to get there in time before closing only to see the girl cashing up with no interest of helping me. Very disappointing!!!
