I have never dealt with such unprofessional and yet an uncaring college in my life. I have been sending emails to all the emails available / departments but to this day I do not have my results and have not been sent exam entry forms from Damelin Correspondence College. I am definitely warning my fellow students NOT to waste their future at DCC..... The worst, worst worst!

Poor online communication - not at all acceptable for an online correspondence college. Sometimes the replies is vague or not clearly to the point. Most of the time No reply on emails send for assistance, support or enquiries. The new student portal is not fully operational (...coming soon...)?? I have chosen Damelin Correspondence College over other similar college's due to their poor service and student neglect, only to find myself in the same predicament. Emails send March 2020, still no reply. Assignment results? - no reply, it is already exam time and no feedback on assignments. I have received confusing and different answers on two occasions in reply to emails. Damelin should be at the forefront with innovations and online skills! Damelin should have been able to lead during the Covid challenges and not use it as an excuse. Surely there is room for excuse due to the extraordinary circumstances we find ourselves in during 2020 but for a respectable business and especially being an online service provider I expected way better service and professionalism. I feel sorry for students with limited resources, who pay a lot of money for online studies, only to find themselves stuck.

Worst place ever!!!! We have been waiting for a refund for a deposit that we paid for a course that they were not able to register my husband for. Its been a year. Repeatedly emailed them to no avail. Still no refund. Only promises! They dont care about customer service or refunding money.

I de-registered myself with Damelin in 2019 I had aready paid R2600 which is supposed to be refunded to me, to this day Im still waiting for my refund, I spoke to few Damelin employees at the head office about this but was sent from pillar to post, even after Legalwise intervened Damelin has not refunded my money.

The absolute WORST service I have ever experienced. Sit on hold for 30 mins just for the call to be dropped. No body cares. As soon as they have your money there is 0 contact. Due to the HORRIBLE service I deregistered - in March 2019. On 11th Oct ober 2019 I was finally told that my refund would be processed and received in 90 days. It is now the 2nd November 2020 and I have still not received a cent or any emails or phone calls. I have tried to call so many times, emailed so many times, NO RESPONCE.

1. I have been waiting 16 days for a response via email. 2. I cancelled in July 2017. Debit orders and account is STILL active. 3. No refund received. Damelin is pathetic!
