I've been going to Deluxe Cavendish for over a year now for laser hair removal and I must say I really appreciate the service provided by the staff there. Both Julia and my therapist Ana (the two staff members I deal with most) are super friendly, helpful and professional. I am very happy with my treatments so far and will definitely recommend this branch and the Deluxe products. While I must say, it is a bit on the pricey side both in terms of laser hair removal and beauty products, they do have great monthly specials that make it much more affordable. I've also tried the LED facials a couple of times and was quite pleased with the results. All in all, if you haven't yet, just pop by their branch in Cavendish and check it out!

Very professional and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and just an overall great environment. I got a wax and there was so little pain, not even redness after the treatment. I was really impressed, will definitely return.

Was not too happy with my recent visit. I arrived early for my appointment but was still attended to late. My treatment could have been done better as well. I received a much better treatment the first time I came to Deluxe.

Julia is always on hand to assist me with 100 of my questions about different treatments and even did video consultations with me during the lockdown.
