One should be able to fill in all the information online including the U19(by your Employer) and bank form(by your bank) and linked via id number for verification by the department. There is no need for long queues. and when duties are split there is less chance of corruption. If that was the president standing in the line from 5am outside in the cold and rain that place would have worked like a 5 star hotel by now. Appalling conditions.

Not enough people to assist. I stood in line from 4:30am to 9:30am. You have to be there that early as there are so many people and only 5 administrators to assist. They are in a backlog and October applications will only get pay outs next year! Employ more people so you can clear the backlog! Horrible place to spend a day!

Very bad service the overload has been going on since last year and no initiative shown by staff to drive the workforce. Ive been three times, twice turned away, third time slept in front of the place, since 3am and there were oeiole even before me I was no13 in that queue.

I used to love this labor department.. Fawaaz Petersen is extremely helpful.. He has been helping me suffienttly since 2017...i have no bad comments until I've experienced waiting in line since 6 and their rude rude security guard closing the doors in our face asking us"so what you gonna do"... People has been bursting in in front of us all day and he wasn't there to deal with it... Instead he is standing and sitting on the corner with his friends... How unprofessional... I feel that if the had more sufficient security it would go faster...

Very poor service n disappointing...u call no answer,u email no answer...when will the people come ryt...i applied for uif just had my bby to stand at 6:30 to 16:00 with a baby in your arm ,breastfeeding on the pavement,what does that say during this time of covid ..wat does the gover3 think of us new mom's...after i went ther 3 times an every time they just gave different papers...they tell u to wait 35 days,i applied September n its November now an no reply at all ...what to do ai
