DANGER FOR COVID - staff don’t wear masks properly and they don’t screen people for temperatures. Had to come here once over lockdown and the security guards were playing Napoleon complex ego games. If you have to come, be ready for their games and be vigilant with your own decontamination. This is definitely not a sanitary place now.

An explanation of how I converted my UK license to South African. Getting the fax from the DVLA was near impossible. The service at Dorp street was excellent. The service at Hillstar Ottery ok.

Was a bit disappointing driving to ct with my hubby who had a triple bypass op!! To sort out his License for his car n to sort out license for car that is not going at the moment as he was told at Goodwood that they cannot supply him with a detailed statement re arrears on the car that has been standing.so your office was closed re Covid Related

Never answer the phone and if they do its after 25min. You have to submit documents 20 times as they can never find.
