Design 11 provided me with exactly what I visualised. I ordered a customised house number and they could not have been more helpful in sending updates and suggestions. They went out of their way to deliver the piece to me in good time and perfect condition. I can highly recommend Design 11 and will be a return customer when the occasion arises!

After receiving a quote via email priced much higher than advertised with none of my queries about the product answered, we received hanging Sneeze Screens with deep scratches and accidental suspension holes. They told me to buy "Brasso" telephonically and have ignored my emails, not even an apology for obvious, careless workmanship. Very disappointed. "Transparent as glass" is false advertising for the Scratch Screens they sell.
