I'm so glad that I used Dial-a-bed Northgate to buy my new bed and mattress. From the moment I walked into the store, the experience was one of comfort and professionalism. I was greeted at the door by Heinrich who assisted me while I tried and tested the various mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery service was also managed very well: I was always kept up to date with progress. Getting the bed into my bedroom was almost a disaster as it just wouldn't fit. However thanks to the patience and determination of the delivery guys, we managed to make a plan to get the bed inside, while the staff on the phone were already willing to make plans to have a smaller bed delivered. Great stuff all round!

I'm really happy with my experience at Dial A Bed. The staff are by far the most professional, compared with competing warehouses in South Africa and the 100 day swap/guarantee, made testing out various mattress options much easier to swallow / a far easier risk to take on. You'll find their website, telephone line and local staff better organised and equipped than competitors to handle any questions you make. I found local staff at the Northgate branch particularly helpful - really going out of their way to get me a good deal and an appropriate bed - rather than trying to get me to spend more on things I didn't need. I suggest buying from the Northgate branch of Dial A Bed, even if you're closer to a different one as there are five other bed shops within the same shopping centre. By comparing various options in person, across all the shops, you'll easily find that Dial A Bed is the most professional and lowest risk option.

It's a small store but had everything I would want to see. The service was polite, informative and super helpful. Not pushy at all! Customer service during delivery is fantastic - they go the extra mile to make customers happy. They are very clear on their policies - no hidden messages.

Excellent experience. We bought 2 beds and took out the 100 day comfort exchange and decided to change to a different bed. The experience was seemless. Heinrich and Sam were very knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely recommend this branch in particular

Super disappointed in the after sales service provided - suddenly, the bed was not in stock, then they couldn't deliver on a Saturday and now I receive call after call from a driver being extremely rude about me not being home yet - after I told Dial a Bed twice that I work until 5PM. Do you expect me to take a day's leave because YOU can not deliver when you promise? Disgusting!
