Great store but went in for a flu gab but after paying was REMINDED by both sisters that weekend clinic is by appointment only. Suggest that this is passed onto staff at counter to advise potential customers.

Absolutely rude! Place a person on hold for almost 16m then hang up on them. Fed up. Would not recommend.

Always well stocked. Helpful staff. Most Dispensary staff are very friendly and helpful, except two who are abrupt and unfriendly, every time you deal with them.

Standing in the line close to the fridge and 2 staff members literally stood ontop of my sister and I, regardless of Covid-19 laws. They did not say excuse me and just barged up against us in line. Absolutely applaud by the behaviour of the young man and this was the second time this particular young woman who is a staff member at this branch had done this. Lack of awareness, clear lack of manners. In a pharmaceutical store where its quite obvious that customers may be high risk individuals, this is disgusting behaviour displayed and also. Although this store itself is my preferred store as they usually have the items I require in stock. The staff here needs a lesson, in Covid-19 rules and regulations, as well as how to behave at work instead of shouting to each other to find out what stock is available.

for years I have supported Dischem however I bought a pack of 90 capsuls of CRAMPEASE . going back to my car I passed Clicks & remembered that I needed tooth paste . I then checked their price on the CRAMPEASE & to my horror they were R18.59 cheaper you will never steal from me again

The most friendly and helpful pharmacy I have ever been too. Staff are always willing to assist and go out there way. I had one minor issue which they rectified very quickly with zero drama. Top class, I don't intend changing
