This has been my go-to Dischem store for medication and health foods for almost two years. The staff are helpful, kind and professional. The dispensary is often super busy, but the pharmacists and assistants are meticulous and friendly. They made a mistake once, the person who made the mistake came from the back of the pharmacy to apologise personally. That is the kind of service I trust. Rarely a long queue at the exit and friendly cashiers. The selection of health foods could be wider, but I can usually find my staples. Wide selection of herbal teas!

Worst pharmacy experience ever. After retuning a defective product the very next day after purchase, I got issued a voucher for the purchase amount instead of a monetary refund. Every time I wanted to use the voucher I had issues. When I raised this with the Manager she treated me as if I was the criminal and as if they are doing me a favour giving me a voucher, forgetting that they took my money in the first place.

The worst service ever!!!!! Three staff members have walked past myself, one right in front of me when I looked at items on the shelves, and past another customer and have not enquired whether we need assistance or not. And they stand around, do nothing apart from chat to each other. Absolutely useless!! Get rid of the dead wood in Dischem. Get people in there that are awake and want to help customers. Or get them on customer service training!!!!

There is far too few pharmacists in store. After waiting 15 minutes at self medication for Sinutabs, I decided to leave. No one has even acknowledged me standing and waiting. Dischem obviously value their customers.

Called on a Wednesday and I was told the clinic was closed because the nurse was not there. I called again on Thursday (day of the country's lock down)... I was told to be there before they close at 18:00, i got there at 16:40 only to be told the nurse left at 16:30. On the day when all of us a panicking due to the lock-down... the nurse left at 16:30 and taking day off with no provision of another nurse? I was very upset. But the nurse who was there when I went on Friday was very sweet, helpful and went an extra mile to attend to me and the twins :)
