I have used your App, your WhatsApp, your Social Media platforms, left voicemail messages and spoke to a Vitality consultant to respond to my queries. I have yet to have a person respond to me after waiting 2 months for an answer. Your rates keep increasing, your consultants are being paid and yet nobody is doing their job!!!!

We went to Nextpath.I believe that it is affiliated to Discovery.The service from the gate to the office was excellent. Everybody was knowledgeable and kind.I really applaud this kind of reception and service.However, the fact that there were NO toilet facilities,was very disappointing!!I was told that Discovery Health does not want us to use their facilities...I am on diuretics and I waited three hours plus ,before I could use a toilet! Then the lady who did the PCR??? She was very rough.She almost took my nose out.I have done these tests before,but she was Very rough..My wife has sinuses and for two days ,she complained about her nose and eyes.Your service was otherwise great,I would not like to go anywhere else.

If you are looking for the most TERRIBLE service ever...join Discovery. Poor quality, poor value, unprofessional and VERY unresponsive. Also they crook you out of your hard earned money for poor service delivery. Definitely going to a different medical aid service provider. I would not even give them 1 star.

Top notch service!!! My call dropped after holding on, and not even 2 seconds later I received a call back!! Sandiswa in Customer service and her colleague in the chronic department are amazing! Top notch service!!!!

Even though Covid test a a PMB Discovery will not pay the test unless the member is refer to a Pathologist by a medical Doctor! This is unacceptable. How may false tests have been performed? Why must a doctor do a referral? If you have the symptoms as per the DH App, then go for the test why waste money and pay for a doctor referral????

Discovery on App: We cover 2 covid tests Discovery on Radio: We cover 2 covid tests Discovery when its time to cover: We only cover when you are suspected of covid; we don't cover for when you want to travel. I have no clue why the information could not have been shared prior. Besides, covid test is covid test; don't we need the data points? Are you trying to save up cash? isn't there a fund? ....... geez
