I am also having issues with Pathcare, to resolve my first issue I was told that I would be refunded in 3-5 working days, we are now on day 8 and have been told that MAYBE next week the refund will take place. Never have clear exact answers. I am tired and so mentally drained from dealing with this company - I want my money back and to never hear the name Pathcare again.

Pathcare accounts department is really delivering pathetic service. I have tried to change my address almost 20 times, they KEEP getting it wrong, can't they just copy and paste the info I provided them with?
