I'll never buy from this shop again. The woman who assisted us on Sunday, 11 April 2021, helped us find a blue aquarium globe/light, and I decided to take it per the price it was marked at, R175. She then took it to the counter, and marked up the price by R120 to R295 – without saying a word. Since I bought several items, I only realised when I got home. Unethical and dishonest behaviour.

If I could give this place 0 starts i would. Found a hamster dead in its own wee and poo hardly any bedding no enrichment. No ventilation!!! Probably why the poor thing died. Staff members was notified, they laughed and said "it went to lala land". What sort of person says/reacts like that! Its obvious the poor hamster hadn't passed away today. Disgusting!!!!

Someone take there liscense away that allows them to sell land animals (birds, rodents etc) terrible conditions. Its not even like they are busy, they stand around all day or on there phones, lady looks so done with life i feel bad even asking her for a fish, too scared to ask for help, the guy was quite rude and kept asking me unnecessary questions over and over again, the fish arent even healthy, parasites and fungal infections for days!!! Totally over priced tropical fish who die from a disease a week later, the tall guy said the fish is healthy! :/
