The compliments I receive for my salt & pepper hair is due to excellent care. I had some time off to do my hair. Usually it would be at least once a week but the busy schedule demands the time. So popped in at Edge for a quick hair wash and cut with some grooming here and there... But the massage will definitely take you to heaven... I definitely think that they should consider adding a massage section to their stores for the head, shoulder, hands and feet, the major stress points. I do however miss the private section that they had with a very warm and cosy feel where the facial grooming was done. The coffee offered is great were the occasional beer. Staff presentation is always good. Staff product knowledge is great. Shop interior is trendy... The warm feel when you enter the store should remain a strong point of customer satisfaction. Overall experience was excellent.

I was very unhappy with the service I received on Sunday, firstly the staff speak like they want to with each other depending on what type of customers are in the salon. I had to trim my boy's hair when I got home as their was still long hair in between not sure what was wrong with Zeenit, as she cut his hair like she was not in the mood too but yet I must pay full price. Certain type of customers get great service. Treat all your customers with respect and dont swear in front of your customers when telling a story about your personal life

This is surely one of the best places to have a good cut. Clean top to bottom, kiddies are welcomed, and the staff know their stuff.! Arjuna always cuts my hair, and it always looks good no matter how long i wait to cut it again.
