What a wonderful experience. Firstly the staff are thorough, accommodating and more than generous. The quality of their goods are exceptional. I normally don't give full marks as there is always room for improvement. But in this instance they deserve full marks. Thank you to the team at Etsetra the Bride was happy and so was I (Co-ordinator)

The most horribly unpleasant experience I have had in any bridal store. The person assisting/owner was a snotty, stuck up woman that had only bad things to say about the dresses I liked. She also kept telling me to lose weight and how much better other THINNER brides looked. BTW I am a size 32. Even if I liked any of their dresses, I would never go back.
