Our phones were down for 6 hours yesterday. This is happening more and more with this company. "Upstream provider issue apparently and they are still investigating." When this starts to happen such alot, we are going to move on. EDIT: I changed this review to 3 stars cause the CEO called and explained the situation. Still the second major meltdown on their network since we been with them. Hopefully is only gets better from here on.

My wife is struggling to obtain a quote to expand current services at Euphoria with no success, can someone in sales please assist? Business services, she called and was reverted to the sales e-mail which she has received no response in days. Edit Jeanine from Sales team has been very helpful trying to resolve the above!

If The Grinch would make use of Euphoria Telecom, his frown would turn upside down. This company delivers awesome service. The best - they set the gold standard - I hope they keep it up as it does require constant work which companies like the red, blue and yellow giants forgot. Euphoria offer great solutions, very quick to set up and deliver. Friendly staff. Great prices. If you want a telephone solution that works and that doesn't require you to reach deep into your pockets, this is it. No bulky equipment, modern cloud based solutions. Easy to use. Total control. NO LOCK IN CONTRACTS! To any user who have doubts, look at my other reviews, I am The Grinch and expect the best. I have found it, I hope you can too.

We use their cloud hosted PBX system for around 10 KFC's stores at the moment and growing, given that you have solid connectivity this service will definitely give you complete management over your PBX with admin dashboard and even possibility to utilize the mobile app on any android, iOS device. well done guys good product!

At first it seemed like a great system but we have major issues with the support we are getting-when there’s a problem it takes ages for it to be resolved if at all and when trying to get to a manager to talk to it seems like the staff try at all costs to avoid us talking to a senior person!
