Very happy with the service i got from these blokes man they where amazing to say the least. Placed our order online and bobs your uncle. My wife wanted to visit the shop in Vasco so off we went and they have some amazing furniture we really did like the way the sale person paid attention and listened to what we needed and even after informing the sales person we had purchased online they stayed focused on us and you get the feel that these are genuine people wanting to help and not just in it for the commission. This was for me the most fantastic all round experience, thank you and we wish you all the best and more for the future, Mr Pearce.

Thank you for explaining your situation with me i think you need to inform as many people as you can of how your staff member destroyed your business, name and credibility. You have ample proof that the sales person working for you over sold and promised your clients impossible deadlines and then the sales person just ups and leaves and stole a company laptop with all your business planning and structure including suppliers and all your years of hard work to go and open up a business exactly like yours calling it CAPE PATIO DOT COM, it is clear even on there website they have copied your info, you also have a non disclosure agreement signed by this sales person so i hope you clear your name, the mistake the sales person made was by making themselves a director of the company so i wish you all the best and may God help you with this terrible situation you are in i am sorry you lost everything home, car, all your goods and all you left with was your clothing you where wearing. I will pray for you both.

Warning!!!! This company has disappeared and taken my deposit! They no longer answer phone calls or emails!! I ordered patio furniture over 2 months ago and paid a deposit. I was told "next week" every time I called to check the status, until eventually Jerenique stopped answering my emails. Now there is nobody answering the phone or responding to email, and no sign of my furniture or R4170 deposit. I think they have closed even though the website is still active. This is just a warning to all who are thinking of ordering. I am considering my legal options at this point.

Good-day I went to their premises today on behalf of a friend who had also paid a "deposit" and I can confirm that the place is locked up. Apparently they have not been back since begin of Jan 2018. Has anyone had any like in tracking the owners?

Warning - Fraud - Take care The store has closed (has it ever existed??) and I have lost all the money I paid by Visa - R 15700. They told me that the furniture would be delivered just before Christmas - and that already had departed Pretoria but they have never arrived in George . Firnic does not answer telephone or e-mail. We are now in contact with an attorney who will liquidate the company so we can get our money back.
