The car was really neat and beautiful, it was a BMW 318i. Looked really well kept and maintained. Workers were very nice, professional and polite. (I even got a complement on my shoes) We made an online reservation and when we got the the car was all set and ready for us. We didn’t waste time at all. Same as returning it, it was real fast and easy We are definitely visiting again

Top service from the lovely ladies who helped with pick up my car. No silly up sells on more insurance or 'hidden fees'. Professional and efficient service and truly top class from someone who have rented cars all over the world. Was lovely to come back to South Africa and get such a great service .

I do not understand the negative comments below, but i can advise you that i have had nothing but excellent service from First Car Rental. The entire process from being contacted regarding delivery, deposit payment, return and deposit credit was nothing short of exceptional! The company literally went out of their way to deliver the vehicle to me at work and the return of the vehicle took less than a minute. Thank you First Car Rental!

Very bad experience. I should have considered the previous comments that I saw online. After returning the car they charged me for refueling 10 litters while I had expressively asked to the guy at the gas station to fill it to the brim just before I delivered the car at the airport. The person in charge of checking the car when we gave it back to the company clearly wrote on the form that the tank was full. Nevertheless they charged us. They also charged me more than that the invoice declared (precisely USD 36 instead of 20). We sent a complain online but the money was already taken from our credit card. My advice: avoid this agency if you are not a local.
