I love this library, growing up in Fish Hoek it was a lovely little outing in a peaceful place filled with words until today. Sadly the customer service is tarnished by one little librarian thinking he has authority. Sadly he has bullied and put down my elderly grandmother and I have first hand experienced his sad excuse for service. I am absolutely appalled by the recent treatment of loyal customers (50 years). I will no longer support this establishment.
