In response to Jennifer Groth's comments, while I don't doubt the accuracy of what she says as she has quoted chapter and verse and wasn't 'venting', as can happpen, my experience at Fish Hoek Vets and with Dr Jean has been quite the opposite both in the attention to detail, compassionate handling of a dog that had to be euthanased (and a very sad family) and in other respects.
