Was hoping for good service judging from the reviews here...Was trying to find about my vehicles timing chain/belt/cam belt and getting it replaced. I unfortunately had the misfortune of speaking to a very arrogant, condescending, negative mechanic who was ressistant to even get off his chair to have a quick look at my vehicle or to even stand up and talk to me, Brian I believe his name was, whose first inclination is to assume all new customers are idiots and to treat them as such. After voicing my opinion about this treatment, I was then told "We don't need customers like you". Will take my business elsewhere.

Owned and managed by Brian. Very good professional service. They are AA approved and also Daihatsu agents. They are not the cheapest workshop but I have never had any comeback or problems after collecting my car from them. They only use OE spec parts. They will service or repair any make of vehicle.

Shocking service. Waited 2 weeks for diagnostic results, 4 phone calls later to check on status, no calls returned and still no fault identified. Asked for a refund and told to fetch my money and had the phone slammed down. Very professional!
