In a world where there are many banking options how can the customer services be so putrid on FNB personal loans side. I called this morning confirming payment requesting a paid up letter the consultant said I would get this letter during the cause of the day. I've never even made this loan yet I'm paying it to get it off my name so I can get on with my life. I waited until 4pm no letter. I call spend another R30 on airtime waiting for a rude consultant to tell me she doesn't know why her colleague gave me the incorrect turn around time. I ask her to put me through to legal she rudely says sure then disconnects my call. It's really alarming that people are employed to oppress people who are desperately sort out their lives. You have dealt me so much injustice. I mean I look after my entire family and I couldn't even buy a proper house because of this so called loan I never even made. Gross man I genuinely wish your company ill. disgusting service from an even more disgusting institution.

Took one hour to renew my car licence disc, queued at 7:45 (they open at 8) and was back in the car an hour later. There were five counters serving the 50 odd people in the queue for renewals. The other areas had much less staff attending to their shorter queues. Remember proof of physical AND postal address. Good general experience for renewal. Street parking available in Civic Street if you arrive early enough.

Awesome public transport from the Myciti for Cape Town but unfortunately not available in a few suburbs and areas yet. Civic centre still a great place to skateboard and meet with Locals from all corners of the Mother City :)

Vehicle licencing sends my bill to my street address, yet does not accept this bill as proof of residence. They do however accept a bank statement as proof of residence, from a bank that sends all correspondence electronically... (oh, and the bank accepts the vehicle renewal bill as valid proof of address) GO BEAUROCRATS!!!
