Quiet store, easy shopping... had the wrong shoe handed to me, went home, called in and when I got there the next day, the correct one was already at the counter ready and waiting... that was a good make up for the booboo.

I had a really great experience buying shoes there today. Matildah was extremely welcoming and helpful. She was able to recommend shoes, help me try them on and laced them up for me so that I could make sure they worked for me. She helped me get the right size and her product knowledge was great, all of this with a friendly personality and a smile. If you looking for some new shoes you won't be disappointed. It was a pleasure shopping there.

Staff are absolutely phenomenal. Positive, happy, helpful and entrepreneurial. A breath of fresh air to be honest When me and my son walked in the door we were offered coffee by the floor supervisor. When I asked why they go to those lengths, he explained that the store was not too busy and he likes his clients to feel welcome. This is unparalleled service in the retail environment and the service made me feel more like I was in a boutique high end store than in a big brand national retailer. Pleasantly surprised
