I was super dissapointed in the service received. 1) First the wrong artwork was printed and I was told to come back the next day which I did. 2) Then the re-print was not even in the centre of mug next to the ear, you have to twist the mug to try and read the wording. 3) Considering the mug cost R95 and more then the other places I could have purchased from, no plastic sleeve or box to protect the print or anything. Learn to take care and pride in your work, people trust you with gifts for their loved ones and at least want what they paid for.

After my botching my Cup (as per my review Barbara Moscicki) they have subsequently gone the extra mile to try and resolve my complaint. It is appreciated.

Service was good, however your overpriced. One would think with 2 competitors right next to you, you would have competitive prices. First time & last time.

Quality of photos were not great first time round. But we took it back and they printed it again. And it was perfect
