These chocolates are a must-buy! Homemade and been in the business for 20 years or so, this couple really outdoes themselves. Plus these Belgian chocolates are just soooo tasty and the prices are incredibly affordable

Our trip extended to Garboli Chocolates. Gaspard is a chocolate Connissior of note. He is a French speaking Belgium. His cocoa beans are exported from Belgiun and he fully understands the seering and tempering of chocolates. He gave our group a 15 minute interesting talk on chocolate making . He is willing to share and assist with recipes . Had a fantastic experience and loved all the chocolates.

Gaspard really knows his stuff and it’s awesome to see a chocolate master at work! Delicious too :-)

It was a bit disappointing that we managed to pick the one day that he wasn't there. All other reviews are very good and we are very sad to have missed out.

At first you are not sure if you are at the right place because it looks like someone's house. But it was a great experience. Owners are very friendly and give you a lot of info about chocolate. Incredible chocolates. Mmmmmm

I must have met a different man at the Elgin Railwaymarket. A miserable, extremely rude man who became very argumentative about nothing really when he met me, a Belgian trained chocolatier from Belgium. Callebaut is Belgian chocolate, not Swiss like you said. I did not have to double check.
