Most amazing service. They didn't have a specific item I was looking for. A young lady working there insisted I let her make some calls, as she calls around, including head office, she finds the item for me that same day. Truly amazing, thank you so much.

Questionable practices, sales tactics and attempts to bargain on price and shortchanging the customer. Not what you would expect of a shop in a mall, maybe at the flea-market. She was eventually convinced to purchase a screen protector at a discounted price, (was not looking to do any bargaining) which was placed on the device. When it was time to pay, the amount was seven times what was understood, thanks to all the confusion. This seems like a deliberate ploy. Another concern... no capturing the sale on the Point Of Sale and no sales slip / tax receipt issued. Only after insisting on a sales slip was the sale captured and generated. With a huff and a puff! Insisted on a refund which was then met with massive attitude, but eventually done. And now for the final straw - after counting the money from the till the amount handed over was R100 less. This was also deliberate! Not sure if this was just a shady employee, or just the way business is conducted at Games4U, Somerset Mall. I would never recommend Games4U!
