GEPF does not have a funeral benefit. They pay after the fact and yet call it funeral benefit. Please change the name unless you don't know what funeral benefit is. There's lack of communication, I had to go back to the office to find out when they will pay out for the funeral. Only then was I told the money was not going to be received anytime soon. Apparently there's backlog, nothing knew about government services even service to the families of retired and decesead government employees. I am disappointed!!!

It's convenient to everyone, customer service friendly
I have been on the line for the past 45 minutes and no one is picking up. The service is absolutely pathetic. All I hear is "Your call is important to us. Please stay on the line. Our agents will be with you shortly." This is utter BS, for the past 45 minutes and counting. I've never experienced such bad customer service in my life!
My cousin sister has been holding for more than 45 minutes almost everyday tryng to get hold of you guys but no luck,no answer why is your service so poor and delayed,please can you assist with an e-mail address where you guys can be reached?

After waiting for 45 minutes , they dropped the call because I did not have a pension number for a hositalized person but instead I had an Id number which they did not acept
Well, after ten minutes of waiting and listen to music I was helped by a friendly and smooth conversation that made the wait worthwile.
Took my mom there for her appointment. Was assisted adequately and fast
