What a great place, always gotten great service from this branch. They were the only place willing to refit my rear view mirror and did great job.

Had fair sized chip, which started cracking and therefore needed to have my windscreen replaced. Called my insurance who sent me to glasfit. I had no issues with paperwork or other. The staff were very helpful and efficient. There SMS notifications was easier than trying catch calls from them on when the job was done.
Excellent experience. Friendly, efficient and super fast. Price was extremely competitive also. I am a customer for life. Thanks guys

Absolutely pathetic. Arrogant, no people skills and no client service at all. Having my windscreen replaced. Called as soon as i got the sms stating that my claim had been registered. Spoke to Stephanus who confirmed that the windscreen was oredered and would be delievered by 8:30 the next day. He confirmed that the fitment takes about 2 hours. I advised that I would be there at 9 the next morning. On arrival all the parking bays except the last 1 was available. No guidence received from staff standing around to help me into parking bay. I had to wangle my way through. Once parked, no greeting or how can we assist from anyone. Eventually decided to approach the lady at the counter and greeted with a confused look on her face as to say I never called you to my counter. She called 1 of the service consultants, no greeting , just Mrs Salie your car will take 3 hours, not 2 as confirmed the previous and they work on a 1st come first serve basis. So why the need to confirm appointment??? Consultant confirmed car will be ready at 12. Upon return for collection, no reception once again. No update on progress, nothing, just me and my bf standing around like headless chickens. 40 mins and counting still waiting in the waiting area and not updated or approached by consultant or anyone working here.... i say again service is absolutely pathetic.....and the worst experice ive ever had .......lets see what the future holds for glasfit if they treat their customers as a piece of bread......if i had a choice i would never set foot near this business in future and wouldnt recommend anyone hear either.....

The most helpful and caring staff i have ever encountered in the service industry. They don't sugar coat things, they tell you, this is the cost, this is what can happen, and then they advise. For my rear view mirror, they also recommended a fantastic place to get one, and then fitted it in under 10 minutes. Wonderful service. I will always use them
