We contracted Greensun here in Cape Town to install a photovoltaic system, in essence ensure our home will be off-grid, together with a 4 unit midlevel air-conditioning system, the total value of the system, close to R500,000.00. In the end, the project was never fully handed over. A snag-list wasn't attended to for over 10months - and the snags at the end remain. Flickering lights all over the house, no solution. And the air-con units kept on leaking water back into the house, causing damage. The contractor, Greensun, simply shrugged their shoulders in the end. And stopped responding all-together. We contracted an outside party to investigate the overall work delivery, and the report is an overall damning report. Sloppy, shoddy work on the air-con units to the point of willful negligence, and the contractor's inability to stand behind its work (and the subcontractors it employed) atrocious. We allowed more than enough time and communications with this company. And we are sorely disappointed. We're happy to answer questions or give further details. But once again, it's just another company happy to pocket monies without providing a proper, finished job - and not willing to respond on numerous requests. Dragging their feet for close to a year, and in the end not responding at all.

GreenSun hat uns in hervorragender Weise kompetent aus einer schwierigen Lage geholfen, in die uns eine andere Firma - go-solar.co.za - gebracht hat. Diese hat uns eine Anlage installiert die so gar nicht hätte genehmigt werden können, die Kapazität zu groß für die Zuleitung, dann hat man uns keinerlei bzw. verwirrende Info gegeben über die Zulassungs-und Anmeldungsbedingungen etc. . Wie haben daraufhin den SolarEdge Vertrieb ZA angeschrieben , unser Problem geschildert und GREENSUN empfohlen bekommen. Andeon hat sofort reagiert und obwohl die Anlage ja schon installiert war , die Anmeldung vorgenommen, Anträge gestellt für eine stärkere Stromzuführung, den Internetanschluss aktiviert und alle Solar Paneele ordentlich verkabelt, diese waren so schlampig verlegt, dass wir in kurzer Zeit mit Schäden an den Leitungen rechnen mussten. Wir danken GreenSun und insbesondere Andern für diese faire und kompetente Hilfe und Beratung und seinem Team für die saubere Ausführung !!
