Very disappointed..travelled from the Northern suburbs for an appointment to view a property in Simonstown but Gary the agent did not pitch...I phoned him and he had forgotten about the appointment...he apologised but I had incurred cost and valuable time..his principle phoned to apologise but had a little laugh which to me was not a sincere apology but carried on and on about how professional they all are which just added to the aggravation. Forgetting appointments in this day and age can this really be professionalism?
