We ordered Kale chips and a seaweed salad without dressing. The salad came drenched in dressing and well, the portion size of the kale chips speaks for itself. Super disappointing and wont be ordering again. I'd suggest the same

I very rarely write a negative review but we had a bad experience last night with a couple of friends. We order 3 poke bowls and they took over an hour to make them. The place was not busy at all. Only 2 people seemed to be working at the time. The main problem seemed to be that they were giving priority to the delivery orders instead of the clients at the restaurant waiting. They also had to ran to the supermarket to get ingredients and seemed a bit lost about their job. We could have easily done our own poke faster buying our own ingredients. Once we got it, the ingredients were fresh but unfortunately the proportions were off. There was way to much rice and to little toppings. I had Poké many times in many countries and unfortunately this was my worse experience regarding waiting time and service.
Love their poke bowls. A great variety of options. But always make sure you if you order a DIY bowl that you get all your extras.
Very exciting having a new branch of the best poke spot in Cape Town, right around the corner. The poke is unrivaled and the new additions to the menu are such a treat! Has quickly become one of my favorite spots.
Unfortunately, for the great food, we had a very terrible experience. In a not busy restaurant we waited over 1 hour for our standard poke bowls. Unacceptable!
Forgot to put the salmon in my poke bowl. Then refused to send me the salmon after I called. Thanks for R150 bowl of rice. Update: appreciated the response below, earned some stars back.
