I spent a month taking a variety of yoga classes at this studio, and I had a great experience. Classes are taught by a variety of instructors, and many were some of the best I've ever had. They are great at teaching one how to modify for personal practice. The facilities are clean, reliable and conveniently located. If I return to Cape Town, I will definitely return.

Hylton is an amazing and very gifted teacher! He is alert spiritually and understands the body so well. It's easy to adore him! Most of the other teachers at the studio are superb too!! I HIGHLY recommend Hot Dog Yoga Studio - I can not imagine going anywhere else again. This is my new playground :)

Hylton has a unique ability to make each and every class inspiring and challenging and always leaves you feeling great and wanting more. This is by far the most authentic hot yoga studio in town. Hot Dog Yoga has warm friendly desk staff, beautiful clean and spacious yoga studios and most of all really awesome teachers. I recommend this centre to anyone who has an interest in the healing art of yoga.
