Its exceptional quality and we drive past a number of stores to find one that does sell this brand. You will not be sorry! Just a phone call away is another quality that hq ice possesses. Product (polystyrene cooler box) was not as featured on website and I was not allowed to return it, in spite of not having used it. I also found the exact same product at another supplier for less than half the price.
