I always have an pleasant experience at Hyundai Paarden Eiland. Service and friendliness is of excellence. Branch manager Mark, always has the best interest of the clients at heart and is a man who has his finger on the pulse in every area of the organization. With my association and experience I have with Hyundai since the year 2001, I find Mark to be one of the best leaders in the Hyundai South Africa group. We need more leaders like him around. He is also the inspiration behind the reason why I bought so many vehicles from the brand.

The service from this branch has been nothing but exemplary. My i20 has been serviced by the Paarden Island branch twice and on both occasions there were no complaints from my side. Arrive early in order to get your vehicle booked. I chose to wait for my vehicle and it took about two hrs to complete the service. Those who chose to leave there vehicles were whisked off to there respective places of employment by the very helpful and friendly drivers. I recently discovered that three of my light bulbs had fused. Without an appointment I drove into the branch to determine if they assist me. Brittany Brian at reception immediately asked one of the supervisors to check the lights and he reported that the globes had fused. Brittany check my if my maintenance plan covered the bulbs and within minutes I was back on the road having not spent a cent on the repair. Thank you to the team at Hyundai for a memorable and very pleasant experience. In addition to the review above - I have now taken my car in for a repair and service. Had to have the Oxygen sensor replaced and decided to do the vehicles service at the same time. Korne was the consultant who dealt with the booking. Everything, from the replacement of the Oxygen sensor to the major service was handled impeccably. I was given a time frame and on arrival back at the Paarden Island branch the car was cleaned and all the work was completed.

Charged for spark plugs that were never fitted when serviced. Very unprofessional and not even a call from the manager to apologize. After back an forth on the phone with a consultant. They came to check the car and we were told they were going to investigate. Which they did. They put it down to miscommunication from their end. They brought new spark plugs but no bogey cables which they said they would fit. we had already fitted our own spark plugs. They brought me R160 to cover the cost of 2 spark plugs. This is such a joke. Hyundai Paarden Eiland your service is Pathetic! I urge everyone going for a service to please check before you leave and especially if you are a woman, like me, who has no clue about cars take someone along who knows. I wont be going back soon.
