Their Customer Service and Help line is absolutely terrible. I have had such an incredibly difficult experience just trying to get information from them. Almost empathetic.

I am appalled at the service I have received from imagine cruising, or should I say lack of service. Once they have your money they no longer care. I have tried 3 times to contact them and each time I end up hanging up the phone after listening to elevator music for 20-30 minutes. I am extremely disappointed and will not be using them in the future. I have also send about 6 emails in the passed 3 weeks and have also not had any response. Imagine cruising please respond to me soonest!!!
