Worst, half of everything doesn't work and nobody to fix or take accountability. half the time you spent complaining about everything and nobody sorted it out for 3 days, had to go book somewhere else for accommodation and was advised that I will get a refund by the Owner - Koos Spangenberg only if I removed my comments about the bad service and non professionalism...

Was a very pleasant experience. Apartment is neat and has almost everything you need. The views from the bedrooms and lounge are amazing. Everything from restaurants bars clubs or even gyms are not even a minutes walk from the apartment. Will definitely come again

I had a great experience working with this company, I was always able to contact them and they were extremely helpful. Its nice to rent a place and not have to think about all the day to day stuff such as cleaning services and Electricity. I stayed at One Romney, it is a fantastic location and felt extremely safe.

I stayed here for 2 months may-june the apartment itself is very clean and located so close to all the amenities you could need the host was very responsive and made me feel welcome its a really nice place to stay i would 100% stay there again!

The apartment was as pictured and very nice. However, after moving out months ago, we have still not gotten back our security deposit. Despite contacting them repeatedly for over three months, they have clearly been ignoring our messages and have essentially stolen our money. In addition to this, money was stolen from us in the apartment by a housekeeping service that they included for free with the rental, and nothing has been done to help us get the hundreds of dollars stolen from us back. Their customer service is horrible and I would not recommend staying on any of their properties.

Apartment was nice, but I moved out months ago and still haven’t received a refund on my security deposit. Have sent many messages about this issue but they have been extremely unresponsive. Also, a large sum of mine and the other tenants money was stolen while we were living there and we weren’t able to get any of it back.
