The passed few days we've been visiting other jewellery outlets, never at any point were we treated the way we were treated at this store. I would like to express my gratitude and comend you on one of your staff members Suraya. May I just say that I was super impressed with the level of service I received. I was welcomed by the door, she was engaging and very friendly. She sat me down, we discussed my wedding ring of which I dropped BTW and sadly lost one of my stones. I went all over to get this ring fixed with no success, until I walked into your store and met Suraya. She made me feel at ease, took the ring from me and by miracle made it happen, she fixed my wedding ring. Upon receiving the ring, it looked brand new, she rhodium plated it and I was speechless.
