I will post my experience in stages : I called the company and spoke to the owner who was so accommodating and willing to find a solution to my huge precision engineering problem, next later... Phase two... I was most impressed with the novel solution Jörg applied to my first problem with the heat embossing machine.For a very busy man he presents his options in layman terms , takes his time and his engineering shop is always neat and orderly. My next visit I will happily elaborate further...
