Jimmy's killer prawns provide a variety of different food such as seafood, poultry, and red meat options. It worries me because they don't focus and perfect one kind of cuisine. However, the food we ordered were great and the sauce on the prawns were excellent. The downside is the chips and hake were below average. Hake was too dry and the chips were old.

MY visit at the place was very bad yesterday , the food was dry and the curry salty, the basting used for the chops made my tummy so upset , we have given our feedback to the waiter, instead we were requested to pay our R450 bill for our meals and drinks, not even a manager was informed by the waiter. I don't even think you deserve my one star given , to top it all off, we were thanked for our visit how classic.

It honestly tasted like they made fish stock out of the prawns to remove the flavour out of them before giving them to us. The buffet food was literally abysmal, I genuinely believe my dog could have thrown up a better dish than that. The deserts were almost certainly made out of those instant desert packets, and all the cutlery and plates were barely washed. When I asked for a wet wipe to remove the repulsive smell of the food from my hands, I was informed that they do not have any and directed towards a DIY plumbing debacle (read: sink) in the middle of the eating area with one of those liquid soap dispensers that you'd usually find in a public toilet. Whatever they did to those prawns was borderline illegal, and I genuinely think we should be sentencing minor offenders to eat there instead of prison.

This was the WORST experience ever! Staff are poorly trained and customer service sucks. The milkshakes advertised in the menu sound amazing except they not available... Witnessed a waitress picking her nose and neglecting to wash her hands continued serving. There is no card machines or slips a waiter literally gave my husband change from his wallet when we paid the bill. The food is below average and we were coerced into ordering the buffet which only allows 4 prawns per person. How is that possible when the name suggests "killer prawns" . I'm still devastated this restaurant should not be in canal walk it's Terrible!!!

Mr Marwaan went out of his way to give us the best possible service, food was Amazing and we had a great time. Highly recommended.

Firstly the place is beyond dirty. Tables, chairs, walls, cutlery, we're all filthy. The sliding door at the back entrance had a huge crack through it. Cobwebs all across the ceiling. On the outside where one can eat on the balcony is a health hazard. It looks like they dump all their dirt in the water and flies buzzing all over. I can only imagine how dirty and unhygienic it must be inside the kitchen. I have never eaten at such a dirty establishment in all my life. Food nothing to write home about. Tasteless and way below average. Dessert was actually pathetic. The cherry ontop was when we got our bill and gratuity of 10percent was automatically added. And then there was still a space for us to give another tip. I have no idea how this place is still operating. It is a health hazard. It's so dirty!!! It's disgusting! Never would I ever set foot in that place again.

Have to pay for water,that is illegal,the prawns are so small and it was black,old stock,spice used on chips and prawns are salty,the manager also not very friendly when you complain about the quality of the steak,he has his own theories.I Eat at many places and know cheap quality meat.

Never again what a disgusting place, rats running up and down outside. The staff are non existant. The place is dirty. First and very last time.
