bought a light: K-LED3612-9/WH at Klight. One of the heavy glass parts fell to floor, almost on my children. I phoned Klight, they just told me its my problem. First: light was defective, second: safety for my children. They did not care. Eventually I used steel cable to fix the entire unit. Maybe not ideal, but safe. I am disappointed. I realize they do imports, but I had this problem with a Klight product and they did \u200d️. Update: klight contacted me, they offered to replace my unit with a new one, Although I appreciated the gesture, I didnt want another light with the exact same defective design. I declined and said no and asked them if they continue to sell these defective designs; no response yet.
