My first encounter with Katsubo Sushi, purely random and unplanned, transported me back to my numerous visits to Japan... My favorite country and the best sushi in my experience. However, saying this... the precision and passion JC and his team place, not just in their sushi, but in the ambience and service to their patrons (and i say patrons because their sushi is an artistic creation) is absolutely world class! I cannot wait to visit my mom again to get a fix of Katsubo Sushi... or else anyone coming my way, hit me up! Thank you JC & Co for giving me a taste of Japan... you have reignited my taste sensations.
Best sushi and I mean it working abroad for 10 years eating sushi and at places in SA but yours comes back to being thee best for me just last week my partner suprise me and Got me sushi it was cold which to me meant they pre made it I was very disappointed and I told him if ever u want to suprise me please oder it from KATSUBO SUSHI Never have u ever disappointed me and I'll support your business 100% because again I love it and it is thee best ever.
