They completely cancelled our order after realising they accepted too many orders to handle before closing time/curfew. This is not our first bad experience with N1 City KFC, but we've given them grace for the first few times. Would not recommend this restaurant because even when they are at fault - they refuse to acknowledge it.

On Sunday, 31/01/2021, I ordered through Mr. Delivery, a streetwise 3 piece and chips. In the parcel was zinger nuggets and 1 wing and a few chips. This is absolutely disgusting and this is not the first time. Service stinks!

I suggest that when you buy drive thru you check your order before you go.i am so disappointed buying 10 pieces and getting 5 wings 2 drumstick 2 small very small thighs and 1 side breast ,the meat is not fresh .if I was not staying far would have taken back but I noticed when was at home already.

I was yesterday at the kfc branch the afternoon and bought a wrapsta box meal.I was so disappointed my meal was cold and something in my wrap was off cause it had a funny taste..I'm assuming a previous customer had probably bought the wrapsta back for whatever reason and they just gave the wrap to the next customer..which unfortunately was me..I've never experienced problems with my meal at any other kfc branch that I've been to before.This is a first.Please do not give your customers old meals. One of other customers complained that she was standing wrong side to order and no-one let her know and people that came after her were already ordering..instead of correcting the situation staff members started laughing at her.

The staff was not accepting orders because they were closing so they just said waiting time for chicken was twenty minutes because the staff at the back said no. I heard the question asked and the staff at the back say no its amazing how they think you don't understand the language when your not black .
