Ordered Balloons for my kid's 21st and coughed up R999.65 for balloons. Arranged date / time and how I would like it arranged. Arrived earlier the morning and was told they are starting on my order which would be ready by 11:30. I arrived at 12:15 - staff were unfriendly and sent me from pillar to post. My balloons were not ready and they had to search for my bag containing my balloons. I had to get to the venue as our party started at 1pm and sent my child to collect the balloons. He came back with 22 helium balloons not attached to a weight or arranged in the way we discussed. I was beyond livid. I was then phoned to say we must go back to the store to fetch the weights. Besides being expensive - which I was willing to pay as I supported a local business...let's add in the additional petrol costs incurred...I honestly will not support this store again. What should have been a quick and easy pickup resulted in additional stress!
