I can't speak about service because there was none. The person who answered the phone was rude, and when I said I was calling about hiring a graduation robe he hung up on me. Luckily I found another place.

I was absolutely horrified by the response I had when phoning to ask their business hours. I was given such attitude about a simple query and then was asked multiple questions about why I wanted to know. When saying I wanted to rent a graduation gown she goes on to ask where I studied and when I replied with the institution’s name she goes on to say she’s never heard of it. I will NOT be renting my gown from King’s Academic Attire and I think Trisha (?) needs to learn some people skills.
I didn't get what I was looking for but the lady was quite friendly and helpful
