Worst service ive ever had at Maintenance court. Incapable staff!!! My son's father stopped paying maintenance 4 years ago, since then it just cant be sorted out. From Senior Prosecutor to Magistrate!! So unprofessional. Even with a lawayer a simple non child support has turned into a much complicated case. I wonder how many woman and mommies are going through the same as me. Just awful experiences everytime at Kuilsrivier Court

Worst place ever!. Maintenance courts and Magistrate tells you in court to appear the Monday and then Magistrate just does not come in to work. Only Mr Percy Johnson Helps. He is Amazing! Runs around trying to help everyone. Thank you Mr Johnson.

Nobody answers their phone and clearly nobody there cares either. One star is already far too high a rating for this dysfunctional institution. This is a management problem, not a staff problem. There is NO management, sense of responsibility or public service available from this place.

I too have been trying to get hold of the maintenace department the entire day today and on previous occasions. Today it rang for 2min 57seconds without being answered everytime and then it cuts the line. It's absolutely ridiculous. There is no listed email adress to even send an email to, praying ofcourse that someone would actually reply. Sad reality is though......Nothing will change. You need them more than they need you...

I've been trying to contact the Sheriff of the Civil Court for a full four days now. They don't pick up the phones and rarely respond to emails. This is impeding my case and it's not like I can just go to another court.
