Did not reply to my email about asking for stock so went there and no stock of poles. Staff member was not wearing her mask properly. I have not had good experiences with this place. Workshop manager is just plain rude.

Took tent in for repairs. All good Maureen is still there but unfortunately the work shop for caravan repairs has closed down. Their workmanship was always good . Sorry to see them go.

Took in a sample of the door above my fridge from my sprite sprint 2016 as I wanted 2 extra doors. After paying the deposit and discussing with Johan the size I needed - and was told it will be ready in 2 weeks. I waited 2 months!!!!!!!!!!!!! .......... eventually I went to collect them today only to get home and see the size is totally wrong!! TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH SERVICE. Update- we returned the doors to Leisureland expecting a upward battle, surprisingly the service was professional and we were re-imbursed.
