I ordered only a small number of tiles for revamping a fireplace. The service I got from Ophelia was absolutely outstanding. Friendly, professional, timeous follow-up, etc. Will definitely use again and refer friends.

If you are looking for the genuine, weathered cape dutch terracotta floor tile look no further. 3 - 4 weeks delivery as they are hand made upon order. Efficient friendly service from Tina and staff.
Beautiful tiles, but really bad service. After 8 weeks of waiting, part of the delivery was incorrect and we had to wait another week and a half for the correct tiles. No apology from the company and no communication. We had to phone every single time for feedback. After 6 weeks still incorrect tiles still not replaced.
Authentic terracotta tiles, amazing staffers. They'll accommodate you and provide you with excellent services, even if they were about to close the factory late in the afternoon.
Nice products, but sizes vary to much for my liking.
